Welcome to Badminton Buddy! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Badminton Buddy mobile application (“App”), developed by Three A Digital Solution. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• The App offers optional paid features via in-app purchases through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
• All purchases are processed securely by the respective platform. We do not store payment credentials.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or platform policy.
• You are responsible for managing your subscriptions, including cancellations and renewals.

3. Security, Authentication & Verification

• Badminton Buddy may use secure authentication flows (e.g., Google Sign-In) and encrypted communication to verify user identity and protect data.
• You agree not to interfere with or attempt to bypass security mechanisms, including session management, audit logging, and backend validation.
• We may verify your account or payment status using secure APIs and tokens.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

• We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including usage data, device information, and account details.
• Your data is used to improve app performance, personalize features, and ensure compliance.
• We do not sell your personal data. We retain it only as long as necessary for legal, operational, and user experience purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its backend
• Violate intellectual property rights or impersonate others
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access

6. Updates, Availability & Termination

• We may update the App periodically to improve features, security, or performance.
• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice.
• You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App does not cancel active subscriptions.

7. Export Compliance & Encryption

• The App may use standard encryption (e.g., HTTPS, TLS) for secure communication and authentication.
• You acknowledge that use of encryption may be subject to U.S. export laws and agree to comply with all applicable regulations.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cavite, Philippines.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using Badminton Buddy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
