1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have active parental or legal guardian consent.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, management profiles, and scheduling environments.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details regarding your service business during onboarding and daily operations.

2. Business Calendars & Client Synchronization

• Schedretary acts as your digital schedule assistant. Administrative profiles update timeslots, track completions, and verify real-time check-ins.
• This app works in direct tandem with the Schedretary client app variant to synchronize booking windows and attendance logs.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the booking schedules and service hours you input are legally compliant and accurately represented to your customers.

3. Security, Authentication & Verification

• Schedretary implements secure verification structures (such as Google Sign-In protocols) alongside secure token transfers to link client apps securely.
• You agree not to bypass, intercept, or tamper with the session management tools, backend validation pipelines, or verification links.
• We reserve the right to audit user profiles or check authorization status using secure connection parameters.

4. Data Management & Privacy Alignment

• We process operational and personal configurations strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy, focusing on schedules, check-ins, and local logs.
• Your shared calendar configurations reflect instantly onto customer variants solely to fulfill app capabilities.
• We do not sell data. We host or cache configurations strictly to facilitate live client tracking, app stability, and immediate operational records.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Using the ecosystem for fraudulent scheduling schemes, fake check-ins, or deceptive operations.
• Distributing harmful software, script injectors, or malware elements through app environments.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or unbind the administrative calendar sync features.
• Violating third-party intellectual rights or impersonating separate clinic, salon, or service providers.

6. Updates, Availability & Service Termination

• We deliver routine updates to fix core bugs, upgrade synchronization tools, and scale performance layers.
• We reserve the right to suspend or block app instances that fail verification or violate standard terms.
• You can terminate operations at any time by wiping app settings. Removing the software will naturally decouple connected client app pipelines.

These Terms are governed strictly by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any official disputes or synchronization claims shall be settled within the competent courts of Cavite, Philippines.
